Troop 106 welcomes boys in fifth grade through high school to camp, hike, serve the community, build confidence, and lead their own adventures.
For new families
Scouting gives boys a place to try hard things with friends: planning outings, cooking outdoors, learning first aid, serving neighbors, and growing into leaders. Troop 106 combines the traditions of Scouts BSA with a local Teaneck community that families can get to know in person.

Troop 106 generally meets Monday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. Interested families should email us before attending so we can confirm the schedule, let you know what to expect, and make sure a troop leader is ready to welcome you.

Troop 106 is a Scouts BSA troop for boys from fifth grade through high school. Reach out if you are unsure whether your son is old enough to start.
Scouts BSA has troops for both boys and girls, but Troop 106 is a boys troop. Families looking for a girls troop may contact LEONIATROOP71G@GMAIL.COM. Several of our Scouts have had siblings join that troop.
Troop 106 generally meets Monday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at Teaneck United Methodist Church, 201 DeGraw Ave, Teaneck, NJ. Please email before visiting so we can confirm that week’s schedule and location.
